Thank you for your interest in photography by Lifework Images. We are LaRae and Cory Lobdell, the owners and photographers of Lifework Images. Together we have been capturing the wedding day stories of Seattle brides and grooms since 1998 with our relaxed, artistic style of wedding photojournalism. We are excited to announce that we are now also located in Chicago.

We specialize in destination photography. Our assignments have taken us from the Puget Sound area to California, Chicago, Hawaii (Big Island), Idaho, Los Angeles, Maine, New York, Oregon and Texas. Internationally we have worked in France, Italy and Mexico. We love exploring new locations and welcome new places we have never been.

We put love and art in our work and we work for the love of art. By means of a relaxed, open approach to people and connecting emotionally, we invest ourselves in building relationships. We are continually discovering new ways of capturing emotions and expressions and creating poignant, truthful photographs for couples all across the world. We truly enjoy the collaborative process of capturing the once-in-a-lifetime moments.
