Lifework Images Wedding Photography begins at $2600 and includes an 8x8 20-page album. The wedding photography fee also covers all time and creative talent, before, during and after your wedding.
Destination Wedding Photography begins at $6400 and includes an 10x10 20-page album, all day coverage, a Trash the Dress Session (Day After), & 10% off all additional á la carte items. All travel, accommodations, transportation and food for LaRae & Cory are included in addition to all time and creative talent, before, during and after your wedding.
Gift prints (8x12 and smaller) are $60, wall prints (11x14 and larger) start at $120, and exclusive collections begin at $1050. The average client invests $4250-$8550 in their custom wedding photography.
PARTY BOOTH!
Lifework Images PARTY BOOTH! photography begins at $1800 and includes one PARTY BOOK! Gift prints (5x7 and 4x6 ) are $20, additional PARTY BOOKS! are $350.
LIFE IN SUPER 8
Lifework Images LIFE IN SUPER 8 film photography begins at $1800 and includes 2 copies presented in DVD format set to music. Additional DVDs are $250 each.
PORTRAIT SESSIONS
Lifework Images Lifestyle Portrait Sessions begin at $250; the session fee covers all time and creative talent, before, during and after your session.
Gift prints (8x12 and smaller) are $60, wall prints (11x14 and larger) start at $120, and exclusive collections begin at $550. The average client invests $1550-$2250 in their custom portrait photography.
Because we limit the number of clients we accept each month, each session requires a $300 minimum product order.

How do you identify your primary photographic style?

Do you offer any special techniques?
We shoot only in RAW format. Shooting RAW is like shooting film. It gives us the latitude to "develop" images as we would with film. Our digital darkroom includes the most up-to-date software and techniques to ensure quality, artistic creativity and beautiful final products.
Which lighting situations do you have experience with?
We are experienced in rain, snow, overcast, full sun, shade, indoor, outdoor, dark night, candlelight.
How many photographers do you work with?
All weddings by Lifework Images are photographed by both LaRae and Cory Lobdell.
You receive TWO photographers at your wedding.
Event and Portrait Sessions are photographed by either LaRae or Cory Lobdell.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, both LaRae and Cory Lobdell are present at the wedding event.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one wedding in a day?
We only book one wedding per day so that we can give you 100% of our attention and energy.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the wedding day?
Yes, we have an excellent replacement photographer!
In the event that LaRae or Cory Lobdell is injured, too ill to photograph, or, in an emergency becomes unavailable, every reasonable effort will be made to secure this suitable replacement photographer. In the situation that the suitable replacement photographer is not available, any payments to LaRae and Cory Lobdell / Lifework Images will be refunded.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Nikon Professional Digital SLR cameras (multiple), 10 Nikon/Nikkor Professional lenses (fixed and zoom), on-camera strobes, tri-pod, mono-pod, photography checklist and time line, and my favorite bride "emergency" kit (safety pins, scissors, toiletries, makeup, pocket mirror, etc.).
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We bring an entire back up set of equipment to every wedding.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Our initial investment package includes 4 hours by two photographers.
Additional hours are available to customize your package before or during your wedding.
If hourly, are you available for shooting overtime?
If so, how much do you charge for overtime?
We are available to shoot overtime for $400 per hour - this includes coverage by both photographers and post editing and processing.
The additional hourly photography is available in 1/2 hour increments
Do you require a meal break?
A hot meal is to be provided for LaRae and Cory Lobdell at the reception. We take a quick break to eat at the same time as the bride and groom. During this time one of us is always available to jump up and capture any special moments.
How many breaks do you usually take throughout the day?
For a 6-8 hour wedding we usually take only one meal break and may take 1-2 quick moments to re-hydrate and refresh. We take turns with our breaks so that one photographer is always available for you.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes. There are different price structures for each location outside the Seattle/Chicago/L.A. metropolitan areas, North America, Mexicao, Hawaii, Caribbean Islands, and Europe & Asia.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Your online gallery is available to share with your friends and family:
one (1) week from your PARTY BOOTH! event date,
two to three (2-3) weeks from your session date,
two to three (2-3) months from your wedding date.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Initial web proofing is through your online gallery. We also offer Hardcover Proof Books - all the images from your engagement session and wedding look simply amazing in our 10"x8" hardcover proof book with reference numbers for easy ordering.
How long can the couple keep the proofs?
Your online gallery to view and order images is available for 3 months of release date. Additional months of online service is available for a $75 relisting fee per 3 months. When ordering one of our hardcover proof books, they are yours to keep forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, LaRae and Cory Lobdell / Lifework Images, retains full copyright over all the images.
When Digital Files are purchased, a "Usage License Agreement" is provided giving "Rights granted for duplication of images for print enlargements and albums for personal use for your lifetime."
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes. LaRae and Cory Lobdell / Lifework Images retains the right to use your photographs for web site & blog portfolios, physical displays, samples, brochures, competitions or publication for the purpose of retaining other clients.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives?
High resolution files are available for purchase as individual files or as a complete set.
When investing in one of our collections, complete sets are provided at a discounted rate.
Will images be available for viewing on an online gallery?
Yes, you have an online gallery to view and order images for 3 months of release date.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Sequoia WillowBook Flush Mount Albums, Classic Renaissance Albums, Parent Albums, Lifework Images Premium Coffee Table Books, Hard Cover Proof Books, and our eliete PARTY BOOK!
How long does it take to deliver a book/final album?
PARTY BOOK! albums are delivered within four to six (4-6) weeks of your event.
Final albums are ready 4-6 months from approval of design.
All other products are delivered two to four (2-4) weeks from your order date.
Is there a limit to the number of photos for your service?
No. We shoot continually all day.
We typically average 400-500 final original images at a 6 hour wedding.
Will all photos be digital?
Yes. We made the switch from film to digital in 2007 after extensive research and education. We shoot only in RAW format. Shooting RAW is like shooting film. Our digital darkroom includes the most up-to-date software and techniques to ensure quality, artistic creativity and beautiful final products.
What format are the full-resolution photos?
The high-resolution files available to order are in JPG format and formatted to 3600px at the longest side. We keep the RAW files backed up in three places, one of which is off site.
Are the full-resolution photos unedited?
We do edit our images to the "best of your day" and take out blinks, bad expressions, etc.
The final edited images are available to order as high-resolution files,
are color-corrected in JPG format and are ready to take to your professional photo lab.
Do proof books and web viewing include all photos?
Yes. The proof book contains all the images 4-up on a page with easy reference numbers for ordering. Your web viewing and ordering service includes all your images to view, order and share with friends and family online.
