CAL & KATRINA – VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA

Cal and Katrina's wedding story shows their easy-going attitude and gentle, loving spirits.
They hiked in to their ceremony site in a Vancouver, British Columbia rain forest with their parents and siblings.
The beautiful secluded location in the woods was next to a river and waterfall creating a close-connection with nature.
In keeping with an intimate and special theme, the couple were wed by Cal's brother, Byron. The heart-felt ceremony
was followed with a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony where the bride and groom collected water from the river,
purified it and boiled the water, steeped the tea and presented a cup to each of their parents and siblings.

Tthe reception took place later that evening at the fun Vancouver Aquarium where all their guests
enjoyed sitting next to the aquariums peaceful Beluga whales and playful sea lion.
A do-it-yourself portrait studio with Groucho Marx mustaches, hats and props was also a hit for all the guests.
